PMD's policy is to provide complete roof tile systems.  Different sizes of machines can be supplied with production outputs ranging from 1,000 pieces per day up to 6,000 pieces per hour.  Alternatively, we can incorporate individual items of machinery into existing plants, e.g.

We offer a complete service to our customers.  From factory & site layouts, installation and commissioning, production and technical know-how, staff  training through to after sale's spare parts support..

PMD offers four  tile plant designs as standard .
These are:

• TP8       8 tiles / minute
• TP30     30 tiles / minute
• TP50     50 tiles / minute
• TP100   100 tiles / minute

These tile lines can be supplied at various levels of automation depending on the individual requirements of the customer.

The machinery is designed to enable the customer to up-grade his machine in the future utilizing all his existing machinery.

All machines are multi-profile tile extruders and can produce ridge. The TP8 can also produce barge tiles. Changing the head from one profile to another will take approximately ten minutes.

PMD has developed an extruder for the production of Oriental Ridge tiles.
